Claim or loss notifications may be submitted to us via e-mail at: claims@discover-re.com. We do not require that the claims be submitted in any specific format, but the report should contain, at a minimum, the following information:
• Name of Insured
• Policy Number
• Date of Loss
• Claimant's Name
• Brief Description of Loss
• Contact Person and Phone Number
We will send an acknowledgment message back to you to confirm receipt and we will contact you shortly with the name of the claim handler.
